West Sands is the largest and liveliest fun-packed village. The Embassy is where you will find Bunn Leisure's legendary entertainment. With a £1 million-a-season line up of world class performers, tribute acts, big names and children's favourites there's something for all the family. With kids club and discos on to entertain your children, whilst you enjoy Bingo or a few drinks!
Within the building there is the Oasis Leisure Complex with its megasplash waterslides, lazy river and splash pool. Alongside this there is a main swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is a viewing area for those who don't swim to watch your family, with a café. In addition to the above there is a Ocean Sports Bar, Solent View Bar, and Smugglers Restaurant. Within all this there is a arcade with a bowling ally, grabbers, fruit machines and prize exchange shop for all the tickets your children win on the games! The main complex is on the seafront over looking the recently developed beach. This has recently had a lot of investment improving the sea defence, creating a bigger beach which is mainly laid to shingle with some amazing views and coastal walks to be had around the nearby nature reserve. During the summer you will also find a Beach Bar! |
White Horse village is only a 5 minute ride away yet has the extra benefit of its own White Horse Club, a more intimate venue for entertainment with tribute bands, shows and comedians. There is also a kids club to keep your little ones entertained. It's also home to the outdoor swimming pool, which is open in the summer. There is a playground, small arcade, indoor soft play area, JB Sports Bar and pool tables.
Green Lawns is the third site which has a more relaxed, quieter atmosphere, here you will find the Viking Music and Dance Club with a distinct American Western theme with bands, shows, quiz nights and karaoke. There is also a hair and beauty salon, and independent clothing store nearby.
Across all three villages there are various playgrounds and outdoor spaces for children to play.

In addition to the above there is Go-Karts, Crazy Golf and a Fun Fair at an additional cost on the days you go. We recommend the Funfair deal of £10 for unlimited rides between 12pm & 5pm in season. Please note however this does not include all rides there, and is height restricted so check first.
If you are feeling brave why not venture off site and explore Selsey. There are some lovely local pubs and restaurants nearby, you can explore the beach further to the Life Boat Station where there is a big local park, with fresh fish available to buy. There is also some lovely scenic walks and cycle path to explore and enjoy the local countryside.
