Booking Our Holiday Home
Before making any bookings or payments please make sure you have read and understood all our terms and conditions below.
How do I book my holiday?
If after reading all the terms and conditions below you would like to hire our holiday home please contact me, Liz Williams, via email: [email protected] or telephone 07891 118178 to confirm availability and costs.
If the date you require is free and is over 4 weeks away then a security deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your holiday dates. Details of which will be given once availability and costs have been confirmed.
Our weekday bookings are Monday (2.30pm) to Friday (2pm). Our weekend bookings are for Friday (2.30pm) to Sunday (12pm).
How do I pay for my holiday?
At the moment we only accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or cash.
We require a £50.00 non-refundable security deposit to hold your booking. We will hold your dates for 7 days until the security deposit payment has been received and cleared. If we do not receive your security deposit within 7 days of enquiring we will release the dates again.
When we have received your security deposit we send you a booking form. This will confirm receipt of your security deposit and state the remaining balance and date to be paid by, which is no later than 4 weeks before your holiday. Failure to do so could result in you losing your holiday.
The final balance payment needs to be received 2 weeks before your holiday.
**An additional Damage Deposit of £50.00 will be requested at the same time as the final balance payment** This will be returned within 7 days of checking out of our holiday home subject to no damages, breakages, no smoking and the keys being returned to reception.
What happens next?
When the full payment has been received we will send you confirmation via recorded delivery together with a copy of the arrivals form and a site map. You will need to take this form to the West Sands Holiday Village main reception to obtain the keys to our holiday home. If we have arranged entertainment passes for you these can be collected and paid for from the Owners Reception next door.
Only individuals listed on the booking form can remain in the caravan and use the facilities of Bunn Leisure Holiday Park. We will not authorise any other passes.
Additional Site Regulations
Bunn Leisure Regulations state that we are unable to accept bookings from groups of persons of all one sex and groups under 21 years of age. The oldest person in your party must also be 21 years old or above.
Please be made aware that if any persons behaving in an unreasonable manner which causes a nuisance or disturbance for any other guests on the Bunn Leisure Holiday Park they may be asked to leave by security. This is a family friendly site and everyone wishes to enjoy their holiday. If this behaviour is witnessed and action taken against you, it will mean that your holiday will be terminated without recompense from the owner
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking with us please provide this in writing ASAP. As a private owner of the holiday home we would have held your booking and turned down other guests. Therefore should you cancel with more than 7 days notice we will only keep the £50 security deposit. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice we will charge you and retain 50% of the holiday costs.
If for any reason we need to cancel a full refund will be made, including the security and damage deposit.
Additional Information
We would ask that you treat our holiday home with respect and care; we request you leave it in a clean and tidy condition so that subsequent guests may continue to enjoy it. The hirer has a responsibility for all members of their party which extends to replacement of items of loss, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during your stay. Any issues occurring whilst on holiday you must contact us as soon as possible to make us aware.
A pack will be provided within the holiday home with our contact details and other useful numbers that you may need for your stay.
There is strictly NO SMOKING allowed in our holiday home. Anyone caught or thought to have been smoking will be required to pay an additional charge of £50 to allow for our caravan to undertake a deep clean. This includes sitting inside the caravan and smoking out of the windows.
